Because
of our limited resources we are shifting our focus from advocacy
to education. We've found this is the best way to reach the largest
number of people. And, through our educational efforts, we can often
teach students about the law and their responsibilities BEFORE there's
a problem.
For
information about CO-STAR's educational programs please click here.
However, we are inundated by requests for assistance every year
and make efforts to help students and professionals alike at every
opportunity. You can help us in this mission by contributing now
through the Network for Good. Even a small donation will allow us
to expand our ability to help college students and continue our
advocacy and counseling of educational rights.
CO-STAR is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all donations are
deductible to the full extent of the law.

And, if you're interested in educating yourself, consider picking
up a copy of The
College Student's Guide to the Law: Get a Grade Changed, Keep Your
Stuff Private, Throw a Police-Free Party and More!
which covers all areas of the law pertinent to your education.
Because let's face it. With all of the reference manuals you're
going to have on your bookshelf, this is the only one that can help
keep you out of jail.
If you do choose to send us a request for help, please
note that we cannot respond fully to every email. If your problem
has not been addressed in the book, or cannot be solved through
simple research and analysis, we will be in touch with you as soon
as possible. Please be patient, however, since the demand is high
and the staff is underpaid.

apply for help, please fill out this form.
