Here students and professors can ask CO-STAR's experts questions about the law, about their rights, about university regulations, and, most importantly, about what options are available.

Due to the overwhelming number of questions CO-STAR receives, we are not able to respond to each question, and we do not respond personally to the questions. Still, if your specific question isn't answered someone else's similar question may pertain to you. So check back regularly and be patient.

CO-STAR only deals with issues at the college level. We're sorry, but we cannot consider questions from students or teachers in primary or secondary school. Questions concerning primary or secondary school students are deleted immediately upon receipt.
