CO-STAR's services suite is predicated on the philosophy that when legal issues arise in educational settings, finding a truly effective solution requires consideration from a wide range of viewpoints. The hallmark of CO-STAR's work is a multi-view approach that employs expert analysis not only in educational law, but in media, public relations and campus politics. Further, when extraneous issues are involved, CO-STAR employs the aid of one of its expert volunteers to gain insight into that specific issue.
